Viatel TechnologyGroup has acquired Dublin-based IT services company supporttit for an undisclosed sum.
The Limerick-based company provides software development and managed IT services to national and international businesses.

In January, Viatel acquired ActionPoint, a provider of digital transformation services.
ActionPoint will work closely with backers on the latest deal, the company said.
While the financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed, it is understood that the acquisition will bringViatel TechnologyGroup's annual revenue close to 70 million euros.

Headquartered in Dublin and supported by the Sligo office, the company specializes in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT services for a variety of businesses.
