Chilean fruit exporter Subsole has recently signed a sale agreement with Frutura, the international fruit sales and marketing network formed in 2021 through the acquisition of Agrícola Don Ricardo (Peru), Dayka & Hackett and TerraFresh Organics (USA).In March 2022, Frutura Uruguay (Uruguay) also joined.
Subsole, headquartered in Santiago, is Chile's largest exporter of table grapes to the United States, Europe and Asia.The company's other fruit products include citrus, kiwi, avocado, cherries and pomegranates, and to date, the company has exported tens of millions of boxes of fruit to markets in more than 40 countries around the world.Subsole management stated that the long-term and healthy development of the company is due to the employees' insistence on innovation and sustainability at every step of the production and supply process.
"Having a strong presence in Chile is part of our growth strategy, so we are delighted to bring Subsole under our umbrella," said Frutura CEO David Krause."Chile is a mature exporter of Latin American fruit, and the international market has recognized the country's fruit for its prestige and quality."

Miguel Allamand, co-founder of Subsole, will become a shareholder in Frutura and serve as honorary chairman of the new company.
