In addition to the owner of the Sunac Zhongyong Zhongyuan Grand View project, an owner of the Kangqiao Jiuxi Garden, a property under construction in Zhengzhou that has disputes, also told Sino-Singapore Jingwei that her health code was displayed as a red code on June 11.
