At the meeting, five opinions were formed on further improving the rectification of pension fraud in the field of market supervision.
The first is to deepen the collection of clues.It is necessary to strengthen publicity and mobilization, take advantage of market supervision agencies to cover towns and villages, and use case-based explanations to encourage damaged elderly people to actively report.It is necessary to give full play to the role of the 12337 reporting platform and the 12315 consumer reporting platform, increase the strength of active investigation, expand the channels for collecting clues, and ensure that the clues are fully covered and the problem risks are fully grasped.
The second is to speed up the handling of problem clues.It is necessary to speed up the classification and disposal. Those belonging to the department's supervisory responsibilities should be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations; those involving other departments should be handed over or co-handled in a timely manner; those suspected of crimes should be transferred to judicial organs as soon as possible.It is necessary to improve the disposal methods, focus on giving full play to the role of credit supervision, and include qualified companies that violate laws and regulations on the list of the untrustworthy with serious violations of laws and regulations, and implement joint punishments.
The third is to promote the rectification of problems.At present, the first round of film packaging supervision of the national special office has been completed. It is necessary to speed up the rectification of supervision problems, and for localities and market supervision departments where rectification actions are slow and the effect is not obvious, through notification, interviews and other methods, supervise and urge the rectification to be in place.Recently, the local political and legal authorities have issued a batch of "three letters and one letter" to the market supervision departments at the same level in accordance with the law in conjunction with the handling of pension fraud cases.
The fourth is to establish rules and regulations as soon as possible.It is necessary to clarify specific methods and means to effectively investigate and deal with illegal production of elderly food and health products, sales of old-related products, false publicity and other illegal activities, and strive to improve the full-cycle closed-loop system that effectively connects administrative approval, market supervision, mass supervision, and law enforcement penalties.It is necessary to speed up the research and formulation of policies, issue practical and effective policies to effectively prevent and rectify related problems as soon as possible, and promote the improvement of relevant laws and regulations.
The fifth is to strengthen coordination and cooperation.It is necessary to share information and data related to the production and operation market entities of food and supplies for the elderly with member units in a timely manner to provide information guidance for efficient rectification.In the whole process of investigating and handling cases, we must grasp the appeals of the elderly victims in a timely and dynamic manner, do a good job of counseling with our hearts and emotions, and cooperate to resolve risks.It is necessary to be good at discovering and publicizing typical experiences and practices in this field in various places, and recommend them to the national special office in a timely manner, and strive to create a strong atmosphere of catching up with learning.

The 6-month national special campaign to combat and rectify pension fraud is now nearly half of the schedule.
