Those who have completed the online signing of commercial housing before the implementation of the "Opinions" do not enjoy this preferential policy; those who have completed the online signing of commercial housing, after applying for cancellation of the online visa, the original purchaser or his family members re-sign or re-purchase commercial housing, do not enjoy this preferential policy.For those who have received government housing subsidy, if they want to check out, they must fully refund the housing subsidy they have received.If the sale and purchase contract is rescinded due to a dispute over the sale of commercial housing, the house purchase subsidy that has been received shall be refunded in full before the rescission procedure is completed.
