It is reported that due to the recent surge in online orders in the Beijing area, many fresh food e-commerce platforms have been in tight capacity.In this regard, the relevant person in charge of Hema said that they will send more staff to key areas, and at the same time, the online order cut-off time will be extended to 22:00 every night. After the order is closed every night, excluding orders that are temporarily out of stock, no matter how late, strive to all delivered.On the warehousing and logistics side, Hema warehouses and logistics teams were urgently mobilized to operate 24 hours a day, and the sorting, transportation, and production capacity increased to six to seven times the usual level.
In addition, in order to allow stores to replenish goods as soon as possible, Hema coordinated with suppliers to open up green channels, and goods were directly delivered from processing factories to Beijing Hema stores, eliminating the need for warehouse transfer links and greatly reducing commodity logistics time.
In terms of epidemic prevention, 40 Hema stores in Beijing conduct disinfection and protection multiple times a day, and all employees also conduct multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing and temperature measurement multiple times a day.The delivery guy undergoes nucleic acid testing every day, and will be disinfected and protected after each order is delivered.
