This project is the first Taiwan-funded project settled in Lintong District, and it is also a key construction project at the provincial, municipal and district levels in 2022.
The construction project of Shaanxi Fuzhen Metal Packaging Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1.6 billion two-piece aluminum cans is located in the east of Qinwang 2nd Road, south of Weishui 9th Road, and north of Tsingtao Brewery Project in Lintong District, covering an area of 104 acres. The construction includes office buildings, standardized workshops, warehouses, supporting living areas and other auxiliary buildings. The total building area is about 46,000 square meters, and two two-piece aluminum cans and their ancillary equipment will be constructed in phases, with a designed production capacity of 1.6 billion cans per year.
Among them, the first phase of the project reached production based on the annual consumption of 800 million cans, the sales income is about 284.64 million yuan, and the tax payment is about 22.27 million yuan. After completion, it will rely on the Greater Xi'an development block, so as to radiate to the northwest regional market.
It is understood that on March 31, 2021, Lintong District and the Economic and Technological Development Zone signed the "Agreement on Cooperative Construction of Weibei New City" to jointly build Xi'an Weibei New City, aiming to build aviation power, new materials and new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, Consumer goods manufacturing industry, auto parts and other industrial clusters realize industrial integration, industry-city integration, regional integration, and production and living ecology, that is, the "three-life" integration. The project started on the same day and the previously completed Tsingtao Brewery project are a collaborative supporting industrial chain, forming an internal economic cycle of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, so as to achieve a new situation of linkage and empowerment of enterprise group development.
