CDC Finance, June 29, according to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the Administrative Penalty Information Disclosure Form released by the Jilin Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission shows that the Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. received two consecutive fines for illegal operations on behalf of customers. The branch was fined a total of RMB 600,000.
According to No. 10 and No. 11 of Jiyin Insurance Jian Pu Jue Zi [2022], the Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. Changchun Ping An Sub-branch and Changchun Commercial School Sub-branch acted for customers due to violations. According to Article 46 of the Administration Law, they will be fined RMB 300,000 respectively, and the punishment date will be June 27, 2022.
