(hereinafter referred to as "Yuntou Group"), due to its own business development needs, plansto reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and/ or block transactionswithin3months from the dateof the announcement.Shares shall not exceed41.67 million shares and shall not exceed1.5%of the company's total share capital.
As of the announcement date, Yuntou Group held76.2355 million unrestricted tradable shares of Bank of China Securities, accounting for2.74%of the company's total share capital.
The above-mentioned shares are shares obtained by Yuntou Group before the company's initial public offering ofAshares, and willbelisted for circulationonFebruary26 ,2021 .
